My lawyer Nicholas Marricco was fabulous and fully recommend. Sadly he left the firm. Once this happen I got placed with a lawyer, with no say I'm who it was, who had minimal to no experience with cases like mine. Once I told them I was not staying the games began. They hit me with a huge bill that did not correspond with my retainer and when I tried to fight it they stopped answering me and were very unprofessional. If you are looking for educational lawyers, do not go here unless you want inexperienced people and a bill that will make you sell a kidney to pay just to fight for your child's educational rights. Highly do not recommend them!

I hired them for a case and everytime they send you documents to review, they are full of errors. I mean even spelling names wrong and the whole story of what happend is not correct. Then to top it off you get billed for two or three attorneys in your monthly bill. They basically treat their firm like they are sgts, Captains and Generals in the military. They gouge you till no end. Then lead you to believe you have this huge case, even after NYState finds probable cause so you spend all this money. Then at the last minute a different attorney has to fill in for a phone hearing because the attorney working it for 2 years schedules surgery then that attorney makes the case like there is no dollar value. So basically I wasted lots of money, time and their law firm screws you and makes the money. I suggest do not hire this firm. I was a ranking military member who served over thirty years and also served ten tours in combat zones. Do not hire them unless you want to throw money away.

Matt was out lawyer and he was there for me when I needed him. I'm very thankful for him and that he was there for my family. If I ever need anything again he will be my 1st call!

(Trying to return to work after my work related injury) I had zero success communicating with my employer. Tully Rinckey went out of the way, They did the research to locate a point of contact.
