I'm in Idaho and trying to find help for my disabled children was very difficult. I was working through the process of getting them social security and spent a year and a half pushing against a brick wall by myself. Then I found Olinsky law office and finally had somebody on my side. They are so kind and patient with all my questions and truly advocated for both of my daughters! Hopefully I won't need them in the future but if anything were to happen I would gladly seek them out for legal counsel.

I had been denied for disability 3 times before my case was sent to Olinsky Law Group. I had almost given up hope. I received notification last night that the Appeals Council made a decision to approve disability, an exceptional outcome at this level. Each and every interaction I had with this law group (especially Almira) was professional and sincere. I will be forever grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone!

I have been in litigation with the Social Security Administration since 2013 applying for Social Security Disability Benefits. I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In March 2017, I had a hearing before an ALJ. In June 2017, I received a "Unfavorable Decision". My attorney at that time advise me that an appeal was warranted. My then attorney, appealed this decision to the Social Security Appeals Council which denied my appeal. This attorney informed me that she would not be able to proceed any further in my case. My only option was to sue the Commissioner of Social Security in Federal Court. I spent days trying to find an attorney to represent me in my Federal Court Appeals. I could not find a lawyer hat would represent me at this level. When appealing a case there is a deadline to file. I filed my complaint against the Social Security pro se. Shortly after filing, I received a scheduling order from Federal District Court. I had to file a Brief in support my claim. I did not have the knowledge to prepare such a brief. I gave up. Incidentally in 2018, I was awarded SSI because the time lapse did not cover my date last insured. I wanted SSDI. Throughout this process, I was sending summaries to most every law firm in the US desperately seeking representation in federal court. I sent a summary of my struggles in obtaining an award for SSDI to over one-hundred law firms without success. Two days before my brief was due, I received a telephone call from the Olinsky Law Group advising me that they would represent me. Once they entered their representation, within weeks, this firm was able to obtain a new hearing for my claim. The new hearing was held in November 2023. Another "unfavorable decision' was entered. The firm had assigned their colleague, Michael Eason, as my representative. He is amazing. He wanted to appeal this "unfavorable decision" again. He was able to have my case remanded for yet another hearing before an ALJ, the same ALJ that decided my claim was not favorable previously. That hearing took place in April 2025. In September, the ALJ provided a "partially favorable decision. Upon Mr. Eason obtaining this most recent decision, he contacted me and advised me that we should appeal this most recent decision. We are now, again in the process of appealing this decision. This firm, especially Mr. Eason, has guided me with empathy throughout this exhaustive process to get the disability that I earned. When calling their office, I am always greeted with care and concern. If you or anyone is having any issue obtaining Social Security Benefits, I would undoubtedly, highly recommend this firm for representation.
