I had a terrible experience with McDonald and Kimball PC. I purchased a home through them, trusting that they would handle the legal side properly. Unfortunately, they failed to do the necessary investigation on the property. Because of their lack of thoroughness, I'm now stuck with multiple citation violations from the City of Syracuse that date back before I even owned the home. This is exactly the type of issue a law firm should catch and protect their clients from. Instead, I was left blindsided with unexpected problems and costs. If you're looking for a law firm that actually does their due diligence and looks out for your best interest, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
