I met with this attorney last year for case analysis regarding a tenant,co-tenant and a court-appointed guardian. Unfortunately, the direction he gave me was incorrect and caused unnecessary delay and extra money. This attorney advised me that I needed guardianship-court permission before filling a holdover case. New York law allows landlords to file directly in Housing Court and the Guardianship judge personally confirmed it. Because of this attorney's inaccurate guidance, I wasted time, money and went in the wrong direction from the start. Based on my experience I was disappointed with the quality of the legal advice and would not relay on this attorney for landlord-tenant matters involving guardianship issues.
