I have had a great experience with Lake Law Firm. From the beginning through the end of the process, they have taken care of me like a member of the family. Professional and experienced staff that care for their clients.

Very unprofessional, and that's a compliment. Their lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable,it takes them weeks if not a month to reply to email inquiries; I actually went 2 monrhs without a reply. I have never had a call returned ever, and I left numerous voicemails over the course of 9 months. There is absolutely zero coordination and no accountability at any level in this firm. I have never been subjected to such incompetence in my life. Luckily I Iistened when I was advised to fire them. They simply do not care about the individual, they ONLY care about what the individual can earn for their firm. It's obvious in the percentage that they charge. I must admit I personally feel that they are a scam, even my cell provider identifies the number they call from as possible fraud. If you are former military taking part in any of the class action cases, I'd HIGHLY advise finding a different firm. Be very wary of this group. Update July 2023. I fired Lake Law Firm over 6 months ago. Yesterday I get an email asking how to proceeding. I informed them to file a motion to dismiss immediately, in which they said they would. TODAY, I get an email saying they can transfer my case. Again, this "Firm" seems to be a fraud, only caring about money they can get from a case, not the individual. I HIGHLY advise finding a better, more competent firm to represent you. I was bounced around by this firm to at least 3 different lawyers, transferred once without consent or being informed, transfered back, and now this. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. My phone provider identifies their phone number as a fraudulent number.
