I found Fran and paid upfront for and dealt with Ramona for 10 mths for my abusive to his exes bf. Finally he became too much for me and I informed Fran how I had signed for some of his signatures and how he cheated his Urine alcohol test and how he was guilty on all counts. For 10 mths I provided all info and paperwork to them for him bc he was incompetent and I was trustworthy efficient and reliable. To my surprise Fran is still representing him even though I have disclosed to her how he is using and cheating the system. He does not deserve defense I see that now and this firm still representing him when it comes to the safety and health of his 3 children that he has not had unsupervised access to is immoral and ridiculous. This firm should care more about what is right and not just making more $ representing a liar and a cheat of the system.

5 phone calls and 3 weeks later about a simple Will and Testament and not even a return phone call. No time for smaller jobs or minimal customer service I suppose. Minimal respect would simply be to say they don't have time or don't want a new client. I would have been just fine with that.

If you are in involved in a high conflict divorce with child custody issues Stephanie & Fran are the women to get the job done. They are strictly business, highly knowledgeable and professional. Whatever fantastic lie or game your ex is trying; Stephanie has seen it tried 100x before. She knows the law inside and out. They also have a no nonsense paralegal Ramona who's on top of everything. On the flip side, if you see your ex has retained Judd & Moss I feel sorry for you.
