I can't fathom the negative reviews other than there's more to the story than what's being told. I've worked with Blake for three closings now - each time his office has been fantastic. Blake himself is extremely personable and an expert in the field, if I could hire him as a personal attorney I would in a heartbeat. Blake and his team went to bat for us on two of our closings, one with a negligent bank in 2015 who kept delaying close, and again with a rent-back agreement deal that was getting out of hand. These guys are absolute bulldogs for their clients - exactly why I kept hiring them. Closing couldn't have been easier with them at the helm and not once did I feel like there was a communication breakdown or that I did not understand what was going on during the process. It's a huge relief in the insane stress of house buying/selling to have an attorney you can actually count on but that's exactly what Blake and his team are. Again, I can't understand any negative reviews - look at my review history on here, if something is bad I'll be quick to rip it up, but Webber law? Not a chance. I always reccomend them.

I have used Blake for many house closings. I 10 out of 10 would recommend him no matter what firm he is at. He even worked late the day before a holiday to get my house closed and I am super appreciative of the extra effort. He gets things done! And he deals with my personality :-) Thank you mucho!

If there was a better definition for pompous it would be Blake Webber. If you are looking for an attorney who treats you indifferently and feels as though you are just another number to add to the books, then Blake Webber is your guy! My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home and Webber Law (Kirsten) was recommended to us by our realtor. We discovered a few issues during our final walk through, and the seller's attorney was unavailable prior to our closing (the following day). Likewise, any open issues were left for resolution at the closing table. Without any notice, the attorney assigned to our case (Kirsten) could not attend and Blake filled in. As result of Blake's failure to properly communicate the issues at hand, we, as first-time home buyers, were unaware of which issue(s) was/were being argued in hopes of obtaining a credit. As result of the closing, we are now left with over $3,000 of structural damage which must be paid for out of our own pocket. Blake failed to do his job as our attorney and likewise failed to mitigate the issue at hand. I personally discussed this concern with Blake and he continues to believe that he did nothing wrong and made everything crystal clear (hence the pompous reference). Had Blake made everything crystal clear, I would not be writing this poor review. Blake's idea of his role in a closing is to attend, have the respective parties sign on the lines, and then head back to the office. I have now sent multiple unanswered emails to both Blake and Kirsten. At this point, Blake has decided to take our money and run. So, again, if you are looking for an attorney who does not listen to or care for your needs, Blake is your guy!

I just closed the refinance of my first mortgage with Citizens Bank. The process with Citizens was hugely frustrating and at one point I was going to quit the process.
