I believe the report from the officer was incomplete and a person crossing a street from the side he was about to make a right turn cross to the left 'why-to cross back to the right'. And gets hit on the cars left side and not the right while they were driving 25mph, sure that really sounds right, on a 4 lane street. Why didn't the officer question the individual after they were checked out by a Dr, at the hospital he did have a concussion. Was it dinner time. Because we heard about a dog later on that night. I guess if it doesn't look easy, why waste time on something that might take some effort and more questions. I'll call someone else but thanks for listening.
