Between myself, a town supervisor, my attorney and my real estate agent, a total of 20 calls and 10 emails were made to Tom Murnane over a two month period and he didn't respond to one! It's almost criminal to represent a town as their attorney and not even have the courtesy to at least call back. This issue has been holding up an estate sale for months. Useless.
Generally a good experience closing on a new house, except that the office emailed me multi-page documents sideways/landscape making them difficult to read. I asked twice for final closing docs to be formatted correctly and my requests were simply ignored. I ended up having to rotate each page individually. Maybe a small thing, but when paying large closing fee, I expect not to be ignored and to have documents formatted properly.
A building full of lawyers and staff....I could say more but I am not going to bother!
