Emailed them and they responded asking for more information on the ticket I received. I responded and never got a response. I waited a month and reached out again with my original email while adding more information. They responded asking a question about the ticket. I answered back in an email and again they never got back to me. I even tried calling between the first and second emails. The assistant in the office answered. I told her about the urgency of my issue and she told me she'd have the lawyer call me back and nothing! Just terrible.

Melissa is incredibly attentive and committed to getting the best possible outcome for her clients. She's been both my divorce attorney and real estate attorney and her knowledge and ability never ceases to amaze me.
