Horrible attorneys, after a year and a half of going to a chiropractor and physical therapy for an accident I was in where a tractor trailer turned into me, this law firm did not fight for liability and refuses to help me with the personal injury I have sustained from said accident. After attempting to reach them several times to figure out what is going on with my case, several months went by without contact from the firm only to get a letter in the mail saying "if I dont not respond shortly my case will be dropped". After showing up to the appointment and talking to the attorney he said something to the affect of "yeah i dont think we should be going after this case because its not worth my time, you should settle." After attempting to then contact my adjuster and the truck drivers adjuster for the claim and (because the attorneys paralegal told me I need to contact them for the video that the truck driver submitted but was never used to prove what happened in the accident) I was told by both adjusters that they are not allowed to speak to me because there are attorneys involved and my attorney is the one supposed to contact the adjusters for me because they are supposed to represent me. After relaying this information to both the paralegal and lawyer and them telling me they will not contact the adjusters for me, I had emailed three(3) separate times to close my case I no longer want to deal with them, because of how poorly they mishandled my case and misrepresented myself. If there were and option to give zero(0) stars it would be right here

Needed a small desk appearance ticket resolved without taking off of work for me and my buddy from out of state. Spoke with Jaime on the phone and was in within the week to retain. Simple, seamless process. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Ended up taking care of it no issues. Jaime, Chris, and the rest of the team, Thank you.
