I randomly picked Jeff DeFrancisco from a google search after my medical malpractice incident since I didn't have any idea which attorney to contact for my needs and I'm so glad I did. He was very accommodating through the whole process and always treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. He handled everything while always keeping me updated on how it was going and explaining each step along the way. He valued my input and really cared about me and the outcome. My case has been settled now and I am happy with the results. He actually went above and beyond what was expected of him for my settlement. I appreciate both him and Rochelle so much. The kindness and attentiveness they showed me was so appreciated at such a distressing time in my life. I knew I didn't have to worry, I could just sit back, relax and he would handle my case the best way possible. Jeff went out of his way to assure I got a fair settlement. I called this firm b/c I had an attorney that wasn't doing anything w/my case (for MONTHS) & this firm took on my case & they did things immediately & in a timely manner. They were responsive, attentive & explained every step of the process. My experience at this firm was a complete 360 from the previous attorney I had hired. This firm also had far more experience in what I needed help with. Although the original attorney claimed to know what he was doing I figured out rather quickly he didn't. He even argued with me when I decided to take my situation/case to this law firm. DeFrancisco & Falgiatano had to basically start from scratch due to my previous attorney's lack of organization & skill set. I couldn't thank them enough for all they did & if you're not sure who to hire THIS FIRM IS IT!! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring this firm but minimally going in & talking to them is a must before hiring 'just any' attorney/firm.
