I've been using Jeff Gold flat rate tax grievance firm for years and it is the best 250 a year I ever spend. Jeff's firm continuously get me a reduction on my property tax year after year. Whenever I called to ask a question, the people that I talk to are very friendly and knowledgeable, his staff is well-versed in helping their clientele through every issue. I highly recommend Jeff Gold firm for all tax grievance work

Jeff Gold and his team are terrific. We have used them for the last few years to do our Nassau County Tax Assessment Challenge. We have gotten better results using Jeff than the firms that charge a large percentage of the reduction. His flat rate is well worth the price paid. We will continue to use and recommend Jeff to our friends and family.

Just want to say I've been using the gold law firm him for many years and I've been dealing with Leanna the whole time. Leanna is such a nice person to speak to. She knows what she's doing. She always seems to pull off some type of reduction every year With this year being 9%. And the way everything is right now that was a really nice bonus. Went to them after seeing how active and helpful Jeff was on the facebook group. Waste of $200 bucks. Whenever I call to get clarity I get rerouted and told Ill be called back when I don't. Will send an email and not get a response for weeks. Most recently I got a lower than normal grievance and asked for advice, they said to deny it. When I asked to get more clarity on this, they replied weeks after I declined per their suggestion, that declining and having them help more would be an additional $500. Ridiculous. Avoid at all cost and just use the more popular corporate brands
