I'm a beyond satisfied customer! Very efficient, responsible, fast and reliable! I was so lost when I called the office. My problem was solved within a few days without any procrastination, which happens a lot! They work for their money, and not only for the money. They care that you are happy with the result and make sure they do their best! I hope, I won't be in need of their services, but worst case scenario, now I now where to go! Recommend! Recommend! Ms. Cobb was efficient. However, very rude gentleman answering the phone. I called with a concern and instead of assisting me, he just got annoyed and hung up the call.

REPLY: Mr. Cobb, I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt and maybe consider that such bad representation/results were not produced by an actual trained (and experienced?) lawyer. However, you have admitted you handled my case but you don't understand why I was unhappy. Well, I have been driving for over 20 years and that ticket was the very first time I got stopped, and as I had indicated when I submitted my ticket to the court: I was not guilty. The officer lied, I was not driving at 61. I paid you to represent my position, not to go in front of the court and contradict me because you didn't want to fight my case (lazy). You were supposed to uphold my position, but it is way easy to accept a guilty plea and save yourself time and work. Again, I would have done a better job going in front of the judge and explaining my position. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting you for that purpose. I hope others don't. Note: stop replying, you are exposing yourself.
