I strongly advise against using this firm. After the initial consultation, I was persuaded to sign a retainer under the impression that I would receive proper legal support. However, that was the last meaningful communication I received. I was told that an attorney would be assigned to my case and would contact me a day or two before the court date. That never happened. On the day of my hearing, I called the office for an update, only to be told that the attorney was "running a little late due to traffic." This lack of preparation and communication was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling unsupported. Additionally, the receptionist (old lady) was consistently discourteous, speaking in a condescending tone and creating an unpleasant experience each time I interacted with her. While Mr. Elliot attempted to impress during the consultation with displays of empathy, charm and all the different languages he speaks, this did not translate into actual service or follow-through. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this firm.

I regret to say that my experience with Schlissel Decarpo has been extremely disappointing. After hiring them to handle my case , I've seen no progress. Communication has been minimal, updated are are(if at all), and despite my repeated attempts to get answers, I've been left feelings ignored and undervalued. It's frustrating to put your trust in a legal team only to feel like your case is sitting on a shelf collecting dust. I expected professionalism and follow through, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
