Pusateri & Fitzgerald

Pusateri is nothing but a scam! I went in for the "free" consolation. He asked me to return to his office with $1500 retainer fee and a few other papers that he wanted to see. After a few months he dropped me as a client and charged me for the "free" consolation and for dropping of my payment and the other papers he wanted!! He charged me my entire retainer fee minis $200. He said it was a courtesy credit! He did nothing to help me with my case!! He takes clients just to get the retainer fee then drops you... absolutely shameful. He doesn't deserve even one star!

**UPDATE** More than 3 months have passed and they still owe us escrow money. Bridget is still arrogant and rude and will do everything she can to delay the finalization of our file. If I could give less than 1 star I would do so. I guess these guys skipped the classes where they learn customers service and forgot to listen when they were told they have to work WITH the people who pay them and not against them!

Mr. Pusateri and his office have been wonderful to work with regarding the handling of our fathers estate.

Rips you off then drops you!!
