Incredible attorney. Very compassionate about his clients and provides the type of professional, aggressive representation that one would expect in their attorney. Atty. Baldwin represented me in my bankruptcy and would not back down or give in. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the law, always willing to give me a moment of his time when needed &/or responded quickly to my calls. I couldn't possibly have asked or expected better in representation and have yet to ever meet a more professional attorney. Those that have given him a low score in their review were most likely those that were on the opposite end of his representation.

I have needed a bankruptcy filing all year. Patrick told me to do a credit counseling certificate and get it to me and then he'd be in touch. He confirmed receipt of the certificate in early March. I spent the next months following up with emails and voicemails to confirm the process wasn't waiting on me and asked him to call me. He finally responded today and acted like he had no idea who I was and that I never had an appointment. He is now unwilling to make it right by circling around on my filing and getting it done. A call to the NYS Courts Attorney Grievance office might be in order

Mr. Balkin has responded in a timely fashion for all of our exchanges and has helped me with my case tremendously. He has advised and educated me throughout every step of my case and I truly believe he has my best interest in mind. TOTAL JERK, TOOK OVER MY CASE BC ANOTHER ATTORNEY IN HIS OFFICE RESIGNED. TOLD ME THAT MY CASE LOOKED GREAT, SPOKE WITH THE OPPOSING ATTORNEY AND CAME BACK WITH A DEAL THAT WAS ALL ONE SIDED PAYING MY X MORE THAT WHAT I MAKE A YEAR, TOLD ME IF I DON'T TAKE IT THEN HE CAN NOT REPRESENT ME. I TOLD HM I RECORD ALL MY PHONE CALLS, AND THREE DAYS LATER I GET A SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT BECAUSE HE WONT REPRESENT ME. BUT HE HAD NO PROBLEM CASHING MY CHECK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF
