I haven't had an experience with the attorney Nicole, however, her assistant Sheila was very unprofessional and overwhelmed with what appears to be a case of situation overload. Our case sat on her desk for months before she finally took hold. Once she realized that she had to earn her pay, she stacked her cards. There was limited to no communication throughout and she overcharged egregiously for services despite contractual agreements with no response for justification. I do not recommend this firm!

This is the second time I've worked with Gary's office and the transactions were handled with professionalism and efficiency. Nicole Fenz handled our home sale/purchase and we could NOT be more pleased! The team there is top notch and they kept us informed every step of the way. Buying a house can be a long and tedious process, full of "hurry up and wait" but we always felt like we were in good hands and there was never such a thing as a stupid question. Our sale was filled with difficult personalities and, more importantly, less than ethical professionals. I'm sure I don't know the half of what happened but what I do know wasn't pretty. Nicole assisted us with making some difficult decisions and upheld our legal rights. I firmly believe in giving people recognition when they do exemplary work and I cannot say enough about Nicole. I recommend her a thousand times over and over and over.

I worked with Nicole Fenz and Sheila (who helms the bridge) to close on a condo in Niagara Falls. Unbeknownst to me, I was dealing with a board at Parkway condos, and two property management staff at Ciminelli who did not understand and the law and wound up violating it. They illegally denied a service animal even after I provided them with full documentation to support the status of both my disability and my relationship to the canine. It was super stressful and scary to have that happen, and Nicole was not only understanding and kind, she took care of it, and it didn't require litigating the case. Within a week I received approval from the board to have my dog in the building (they don't allow pets). In fact, I liked them so much, I contacted Nicole again when I ran into another issue with this board. They will be my go to team for all my real estate law needs going forward.

Gary has been trusted by my father for over 10yrs. And now me as well, seems like a truly nice, honest guy. Something I'm not used to in lawyers all my life
