I have used Tim Manning more than once over the last 10 years and I have to say as unpleasant as a speeding ticket is he makes it so easy you would have to be crazy to use him. It was literally less than a 5 minute phone call and like magic 1 week later my speeding ticket was a parking ticket. All the stress and aggravated involved with going to court and trying to get it reduced yourself only to never get the deal Tim can get is just not worth it. Take my advice don't waste your time just call Tim and forget about cause your definitely in good hands.

This review is way overdue!! I had received a speeding ticket in Long Island (not where I live) last year and had to find someone to assist with reducing the ticket and fine. You always take a chance when you pick someone random from a directory but the reviews for the Law Office of Kenneth Mollins were good and so I took a chance. Tim Manning assisted me and right off the bat made me feel confident that he could handle this situation with a positive outcome in my favor. I was nervous as this was not cheap and I'm a paycheck to paycheck person. I did my homework and checked around and what this firm was charging was the going rate. I had an issue with getting an immediate payment to him (as my court date was right away) and not only was Tim helpful and understanding but Mr. Mollins called me to assist as well (it was an issue with the bank as I never had made a payment to this firm). Shortly thereafter, Tim called me and advised me he got my speeding ticket reduced - no points, no speed!!! The savings in not having my insurance go up was well worth the cost of having someone fight this for me in court!! I highly recommend this firm and appreciate their professionalism!
