Anyone who has been in the stressful process of getting injured being out of work then having to deal with courts ...lawyers.. social security it's all so stressful and such a headache. All extra stress while in extreme pain... and figuring out after a life changing injury your life will never again be what it was. Then it seems all the people in the court system are so heartless and your just a number. When I got to the point that my cases was denied for what felt like the 100th time and had to go to federal court I was referred to John DaHaans law firm I felt completely defeated at this point. Then from my first conversation with John I started to feel a little hope. He spoke to me like a person not a number. Whenever calling the office his secretary was always so kind and sweet and surprise surprise unlike what I was useto John DeHaan would call me back and respond to my emails in a very reasonable timely fashion. I have recently been told most lawyers are either very good in the court room or very good with the clients but not both... well I can say with the most confidence he is amazing at both. Good Afternoon I was lucky enough to find Mr. Dehaan Law Practice through a lucky break. We'd been searching for a lawyer to take up my wife Patricia's SSDI case which had been shot down by the appeals council. The appeal council is usually the end of the road for SSDI cases. I called many law practices, when I found a lawyer's assistant who pointed us to Mr Dehaan. From the first Mr. Dehaan was straightforward and honest. He give the facts about the possibilities' of winning and losing her case. In the end Patricia's case was remanded for further proceedings in accordance with this order. To some who know the law this may not seem like a big deal but to us this was a major win. We're hoping that the Social Security Adm will see their way clear to grant her the SSDI she's entitled to for all her years of work.

Please I implore anybody who has a disability and needs a top notch attorney there is absolutely no need to seek anybody else! John is the best!!! He is kind, caring and really knows about disabilities and how to deal with insurance companies. He is second to none....You will have no better advocate fighting for you!

He was our attorney and worked at another firm over 20 years ago. We called that firm first they would not help or even listen. Called John at his law firm he no longer handles our type of issue.
