I do not recommend Daniel Henry. I told Dan to get records from the police to prove my innocence and in the end he never attempted to get anything. Dan is full of excuses for his negligence. Do not trust Dan with your money. He destroyed my life.
ETA Response: Dan certainly did not obtain all available records such as video, audio, dispatch or the 911 call reguarding the arrest which was absolutely part of his job. The only investigation by Dan was reading a falsified police report, sitting at his desk and apparently ignoring my side of the story. I worked very hard for the thousands of dollars I gave for Dan to Defend me and the lack of effort on his behalf was sickening. The evidence was overwhelmingly against me because Dan never attempted to gather evidence to prove my innocence as stated above.
Dan Henry originally told me the police can't do what they did and he will have the charges dropped. He should had never agreed to take my case if he didn't have the fortitude, confidence, ability or knowledge to win. Instead the took my money and gave a very poor effort with a lack of consideration for the destruction it would cause me and my family.
