I work with Ludemann & Associates on a regular basis and can't say enough good things about them! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to answer questions and go into further detail when needed. Angie and Holly are great and will do whatever it takes, and they do it fast!! I will never use another law office!! Thanks for everything Team Ludemann!!

I went for a state inspection here because they were the only place in my area that were willing to do it right away. I had a license plate light out that I hadn't noticed. They replaced the bulb so I would pass, at no extra cost. This is a surefire way to develop customer loyalty. Will definitely be using them again.

PLEASE LET THIS ONE REVIEW DECIDE YOUR CHOICE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HANGS UP ON CLIENTS! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! THEY ADVERTISE CIVIL LITIGATION BUT DO NOT TAKE ON THOSE CASES! My fist call Holly told me that I would have a call at 10 am the next morning from Matt and not to hesitate to call if I hadn't heard anything. So I called at 10:10 that morning and then Holly said oh it's "tomorrow @ 10" again. So I thought okay maybe she made a mistake telling me the day. We'll... They didn't even call me for my over the phone appointment the second day! And when I called.... Matt was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional he told me when I was answering his questions that he just wanted short and sweet answers so he could get this over with as fast as possible. He told me he's had a long stressful two weeks and is short on time. ( what's that got to do with my scheduled appointment that we are supposed to have for 30 mins and was planned two days in advance?) THEY ADVERTISE FREE 30 MIN CONSULTATIONS...... HE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME 13 MINS INTO THE CONVERSATION!! No good bye, thank you OR ANYTHING! When I called back saying he hung up I think it was a mistake... Holly put me on hold; then was just as rude as Matt was! THEY OFFER SERVICES TO US BUT ACT AS THOUGH YOU OWE THEM!

Nicole is VERY good at what she does. Communication overall from the firm could be better but overall I was extremely pleased with the outcome. She will stand by you 100% and NOT back down. Would not hesitate to use her again. Price is also very fair.
