My ex-husband retained services from this law firm and worked with Warren Hoffman and Andrea Scampi. I believe the lawyers committed substantive and procedural unconscionability. As a result my healthcare, consumer , employment, education, and civil rights have been violated over and over. I worked with the firm Wisselman, Harounian, and Associates who just allowed these lawyers to use language that violates HIPAA. We negotiated certain language to be taken out of the separation document and then it was put back in when filed, we negotiated to take all of that language out again during final divorce proceedings, and somehow I was not present in Brooklyn Supreme Court. I have a trail of police reports going back to 2018 and I have been dealing with hacking and breaches of information since this Law Firm filed a motion in Brooklyn Supreme Court in February 2012. I believe they had knowledge of business operation systems, and think both firms should be held accountable for their actions. The last 3 years of my personal work and employment has been about having to silence abuse that occurred surrounding the conception of my only child.

I'm so lucky to have been referred to Warren Hoffman. Not only is he an amazing attorney, he's a wonderful human being. I had previously been referred to 2 other male attorneys that treated me horribly. They treated me like I was stupid and that I was wasting their time. We used SHSS to close on a condo in Queens. Primarily we worked with Lenny Sperber. It was a pleasure for a burner of reasons - Lenny was on his P's and Q's legally with a wealth of experience to draw upon, as were his partners as necessary - The firm and Lenny were responsive and highly available to everyone in the process, as well as diligent.
