I retained Brian and his office to handle a purchase and a subsequent sale of property. He and his staff (thanks Dawn) were true professionals and both closings were handled as competently and thoroughly as possible. There was a potential derailing issue at my purchase, involving the seller's side, but Brian was able to quickly think through what was needed to be done. He then initiated action while at the table and kept the closing moving forward.
He does have a sense of humor which he does not hesitate to use, lol, but it's all for client comfort and helps make an otherwise dull boring process tolerable. Seek his and his office's help, and you will be in fine hands.

My family has used Brian's firm for two closings. He and his team are professional and responsive. We were recently given less than 24 hours notice that a closing needed to take place the next day or we ran the risk of losing the sale. Brian and his team rallied and pulled together all the necessary documents within hours for signature and closed the deal the next day. Congratulations to Brian and his team for a great team effort!

This was a 3 month process from first viewing to closing, but honestly closing day was a delight.
Buying a place in NYC is really hard! You have contract deposits, escrow, commissions, fees, closing costs, lenders, attorneys, due diligence, paperwork, credit reports, inspections, negotiations, etc. Not to mention buying from a developer, which in NYC is referred to as a "sponsor", is a whole different ballgame.
Coming from Florida, I had no freakin' idea how different the NYC market is from the rest of the country, and how condo's are difficult to get financing.
All this to say, Brian and his decades of experience reassured me that I was not going through something abnormal, and I was having the typical experience.
Thanks again to Brian and his team Dawn and Paulette! They are basically a family and everything went smooth.
The cost of their service is very reasonable for the market and at the end of the day their decades of experience reassured me at every step of the buying process. Trust me, I tended to panic since it was such a large purchase.
10/10 would recommend, and if I ever end up upgrading from this studio to a 1 bedroom I will definitely contact their office again.

It was truly a pleasure working with Brian during my first co-op purchase, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his services. As a first-time buyer, I had questions, but Brian made everything clear and easy to understand. His expertise in navigating the complexities of co-op transactions was invaluable.
Brian was always responsive, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain each step and ensure I was comfortable with the process. I also want to give a special shout-out to his legal assistant, Dawn. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always quick to respond and assist with any questions I had.
If you're looking for an experienced attorney who knows all the ins and outs of real estate purchases/sales, I highly recommend Brian. With his guidance (and Dawn's support), my homebuying experience was very smooth!

I closed my apartment in Rego Park, New York today. I had the honor and privilege of being represented as the Seller by Brian Tracz, ESQ from the Law Offices of Brian Tracz from Forest Hills. He handled the whole closing process as a true and diligent professional would. To say his services were outstanding, would be an understatement. The process, which otherwise can be mind boggling, seemed like a piece of cake to me, solely thanks to Brian. It was as if I struck a personal chord with him. And I would fail in my moral duty if I don't place on record my deepest sense of appreciation for Dawn Jimenez from Brian's Office. She guided me at every step and explained in minute detail what closing entails!! Hats off to both of them. Folks out there please take note. If you ever need a Real Estate Lawyer in New York City, think no farther. Please contact the Law Offices of Brian Tracz. You will not regret!! Brian and Dawn thanks a million and Best of luck in your future endeavors.
