This is the worst law firm please do not work with them I've had a case in for 3 going on four years with them and I never received one update only spoke to the lawyer "David " one time and every time I call it's a run around literally the worst law firm I've ever dealt with if you have a option please choose some one else I wish I would have went pro se. I could have did a better job myself

I wish there were an option to give zero stars. This place is extremely unprofessional. The staff who provide updates do not know how to speak to clients respectfully. David, the attorney, is irresponsible and very difficult to reach. He always has his assistant speak on his behalf, and they are not professional either. Not having the latest update is understandable, but having a nasty attitude toward clients simply because they want to know why their case is taking so long is unacceptable. Clients have every right to ask about the status of their case. Instead, all they ever say is, "There's nothing at the moment." "I have no idea you're talking about" If that's the only response they can give, it's clear they're not doing their job properly. Every case has a process and a status but for them, apparently, there's nothing. Based on my experience, the two individuals who answered my calls were the worst part of the interaction. Their attitude and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation even worse. If these assistants are not educated about a client's case, they should not be answering calls at all.

David Broderick is a beacon of hope to our family's personal and business matters at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. Not only was he able to successfully deliver and defend us from an unjust situation, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those involved. My family and I are eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Mr. Broderick without reservation.

My son is a client of this law office and his staffs are very rude and one of his staff had the nerve to threaten to have something done to my son because he was pressuring them about his case they took on.
