There are good lawyers and paralegals and there are bad lawyers and paralegals. There are also people who appear professional and can gain your confidence in how they present themselves but lack a combination of competence and care that is dangerous for those who trust them. These two people, Chris Denton and his paralegal Michele, are extremely disorganized and do not listen when their clients speak. Short version of a long story - after missing work and putting stain on my family to drive from Corning to Elmira several times over a 3 week period to sign legal paperwork, they composed legal paperwork that would have gotten my simple and straightforward petition to the court immediately and promptly dismissed setting me back months. This was 2 days after I gave Chris Denton the correct information while speaking to him on the phone and also emailing Michele the correct information. If I had not done my due diligence their lack of concern potentially could have cost me thousands of dollars and a tremendous amount of stress in my life. If you are considering using these people for any legal matters..... RUN away, they are DANGEROUS!
