Very nice people however this is more of a money churning clinic. Excessive insurance billing for undisclosed services provided causing inflated out of pocket charges to the patient. I experienced the exact same situation 10 years ago with rehab of another injury. I've shared my experience with my referring doctor as well.
My therapist Donna is fantastic. She is warm, understanding, and incredibly thorough. She explains everything clearly so I always know what to expect. I've been seeing her twice a week for about a month and I'm already noticing real improvements. Her passion for her work shows in every session. Highly recommend
The staff at Professional PT are excellent. They are so professional and patient. Exercises are explained and explained. They supervise properly and are always receptive to questions. I do enjoy going there and to see the progress I've made is the reward for going.
I had a visit after a month or my hand being immobile in a cast after tendon surgery. They did a great job instructing me how to exercise my hand at home as well as at therapy session. I've come a long way in a short time.
I have to say that I have never been so comfortable and welcome in a physical therapy office like this in a long time. I love my Occupational therapist, Donna she is very attentive and very helpful and empathetic
