The most unprofessional, incompetent, negligent, and unorganized firm my family has ever dealt with. Gina Vallone An office not only could not meet deadlines they set repeatedly, they also repeatedly lied about information about the closing on our property, claiming they had no prior knowledge of when we have proof they did an was the sole reason we hired this firm...there office also divulged personal information about divorce agreements an leins not public record to parties not involved in sale of property. A paralegal they put in charge of handling everything up till closing literally quit without notice. They've yet to even inform us she quit on day of closing which that day of closing came an went. Also called an asked us how to get a lien lifted....there is more....I wouldn't send an enemy to this firm....insane!

They are the slowest, most dishonest business around. Will never use them again

I could not be happier with the professionalism, knowledge and timeliness of Mrs. Cara Smith at Vallone Law as well as the firm in general. In February 2023, the firm handled a closing for my fiance and myself and things went as smooth as could be. Now, I have 2 difficult and intricate (to say the least) landlord-tenant disputes, and Mrs. Smith has been more than helpful with her legal knowledge and expertise. Being a landlord, I've dealt with quite a few other attorneys and firms. I can unequivocally say that I am so impressed so far that I will be using Vallone Law and hopefully Mrs. Cara Smith for all my legal needs for years to come. The biggest impression made so far is the timeliness of the responses I have received from emails and calls; extremely impressed at how quickly Mrs. Smith responds. I highly recommend Vallone Law and Mrs. Cara Smith for your legal needs.

Amazing! We used the Vallone Law Firm for the purchase of our new first home. We had Eric and Clare who were both AMAZING! Clare constantly kept us in the loop through the entire process and Eric was great to work with as well! They are laid back, knowledgeable and great to work with and very efficient! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a firm that leaves you stress free during a detailed process, especially home buying !

Stay away from this firm. It is a complete rip off. The secretary also is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She makes you feel like you are burdening her by making her do her job. The attorney will tell you that he will fight for your case and make it seem like he will do everything in his power to help you until you sign that contract and he takes your money. After that he barely remembers the facts of your case. He forgot important facts during court. He convinces you to go the easy way out so he can collect a bigger paycheck. His payment is supposed to include going to trial but if you choose not to go to trial he does not refund you or allow you to appeal under the same payment. When I had to inform him of facts that he missed and asked him to appeal he refused, even though he barely touched the retainer check that he asked for. Do not go here. Very disappointed.
