This law office is very dishonest and obviously speaking from my experience doesn't investigate claims that they represent, it seems like they just throw anything to the wall to see what sticks . Basically just to give the public a little insight as to my encounter with this firm as follows . In 2014 a claim was made for an alleged slip and fall on my families 3 family house in the Bronx New York the day of the biggest snow storm in 100 years people literally died on this day because of this storm . At the time of receiving notice via phone call from Andrew suffakatis I explained to him the case was fraud and also explained about the storm and that the allegations stemmed from a land lord tenant dispute . Instead of investigating his clients claims ,my response to there obviously fell on deaf ears the claim went forward long story short I lost in a default judgement because of lack of proper service or notification from court or plaintiff . After learning I lost the fraud case in default I filed for an appeal which I subsequently lost and not on lack of evidence of the fraud which there is public proof it's a fact no debating . The plaintiff claimed it didn't snow at all on day of alleged fall ,when it was the biggest storm in a hundred years in New York as I stated . A judgement was placed for over 200k . I was forced with threats of the plaintiffs taking my family property among other actions to collect on there fraud claim so I settled shortly after loosing my appeal . Every day I think of this injustice it just drives me nuts knowing that this was clear fraud and not to leave out a violation of my civil rights and opportunity to due process . We as people in society need to do something about these fraudulent law suits and claims because they do hurt families and businesses all over the world it's not fair nor just . At this point I have lost faith in the legal system . This was truly a crime and an injustice not to just myself but society as a whole . And it should not be accepted or stood for ! I will be doing anything and everything I can to be sure another family or hard working business owner won't have to experience what me and my family are currently experiencing it's truly horrible and sad . My family has fallen into complete debt defending ourselves from this fraud . This situation has basically bankrupted my family . There was a lot of questions that should have been answered that weren't because I wasn't able to defend myself .
