The consultation was quick and accurate but they didn't close the door and we were talking about private information. I advise them to take care of people's personal information since many people, like me, don't want other people to know their business.

I'm a client of these people. I paid $5,000 for a petition my mother filed two years ago, and they stole my money. I filled out all the paperwork they asked for, and nothing. Don't trust these people. They're scammers. They don't answer calls or emails.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. We made an appointment for 9 am. They actually send you reminders through text and email to be on time and to bring the necessary documents so no time is wasted. I listen to El abogado en La radio every weekend and my expectations where high. Google reviews was also 4.1 so it seemed like a good choice. We arrived at 8:50am and were let in at 9am. We filled up a form which took 2 minutes. Then the waiting began. We waited for 30 min and a man walked in. He seemed a little angry, but calm. We asked the receptionist if we were going to be attended soon, however, she said that the lawyer usually gets there past 10am. She said that she called him and that the lawyer will arrive in 20 more minutes. We waited an extra 20 min. During this time the man who was across from us kept on saying that the lawyer was very inconsistent and irresponsible. We waited until 10:15 am, 1hour and 15 minutes later. At this point we got up and left. The receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule the appointment, however, we said we are not coming back to this place again. The lawyers in the radio sound so ethical and professional, but this location ethics skills and professionalism was just too low (0 skills) . If the lawyer was late that day we would not have minded, but the lawyer does not get there before 10 am, although they make 9 am and 9:30 am appointments. #badservice #unethical #late #inconsistent #irresponsible
