Cosette Cole is by far the worst attorney I have ever used. I was warned before and I wish I listened. This office is SLOW. They DO NOT respond. Cosette will delegate blame for problems onto her clients! She is terrible. Do not use them for anything especially Real Estate. This deal took months to close and she still pushed it off. There was not a single email she ever responded to and getting ahold of her is a nightmare. She does not carry any fiduciary duties to her clients. She does not specialize in anything especially the easiest of them all Real Estate Law. She does not act on behalf of her clients. If her paralegal knew better they would stop working for such a terrible attorney before they have a bad name too! Never use EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I've worked with many attorneys but she is by far the WORST.

NEVER use them as a real estate attorney! They are SLOW, SLOW and don't return phone calls. Our closing was 4 days after our commitment letter from the bank expired! Fortunately, we were able to extend the interest rate we were quoted. When we got to the closing, there was a property tax due immediately that wasn't part of the closing costs. We were not notified in advance that we had to pay this, and they demanded payment immediately. Fortunately, we had enough money in our checking account to write the $1,700 check. They said they had notified our attorney - we checked with our attorney's office, and no one had been notified.

BEWARE! Contacted Tom Saitta, for a harassment case, which was a bit complicated. Over the phone he states one thing that he will be able to do, and never delivers. We chose him to have a speedy pre-trial vs. a public defender. I would have advised to wait and saved alot of wasted money. WARNING: IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN, HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU! BUT WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY. On that note the invoice was billed to me and money was left over which would be held in an escrow account, 3 months later after a brief call questioning the left over money, he sends out another invoice with additional items and now the money left over does not cover the new invoice but actually owe an additional $200 something dollars!??? Then to make matters worse, after the case was already over, I called and asked a question of what he was promising to obtain from the beginning and to see if in fact it was, .....this man had the nerve to add on more money to the bill for the question on the call! Overall case was not settled satisfactory due to representation.

Angelina did the work for my house purchase. Very friendly and helpful. She really knew what she was doing and how to explain it in a way I understood.
