In regards to the unprofessional Miguel Negron, I want to share my personal experience in hopes of helping others make informed decisions. In my case, I feel that the representation I received from this attorney was very disappointing. In my personal opinion, he gave us repeated assurances that motions would be filed, but from what I understood, those filings did not happen as expected. During our virtual court hearings, the judge informed us that nothing had been submitted in the case, and removal was ultimately ordered based on what the court described as "abandonment of the case." Hearing that was extremely upsetting for my family. Throughout the process, it often felt to us like we were being asked for more money without seeing progress, and communication was very inconsistent. In my experience, some meetings were scheduled but the attorney arrived late or did not show, which left us feeling stressed and unsure about the status of the case. For four months, he often told us he was sick, which explained why some tasks were not completed as promised. Overall, I personally felt that the services were not handled in a professional or reliable way. I hope that by sharing my experience, others--especially vulnerable immigrants seeking help--can make the best decision for themselves. I encourage anyone looking for legal assistance to do thorough research and find someone they feel confident and comfortable with. Save your time & money!!!!!
