I hired Clayton Hightower for my divorce and I would not recommend using him. I was treated poorly by both Mr. Hightower and his assistants. I was never called back for anything throughout the process and constantly had to call them to get updates. Most of the time the phone was not answered and it would take days and days to hear anything. After mediation, they dropped me despite things not being completed that we had spoken about and even had in the settlement agreement. After months of waiting on them and not hearing anything, I contacted the office again and Mr. Hightower said he could complete what I needed. I did what I needed to on my end and called and emailed over and over again to check on the case and never received another call. They completely stopped responding and I had to go elsewhere for help. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing when I was already going through a difficult time in my life, not to mention the amount of money that had already been spent for their services.

They have been great. I had a prior attorney at a different office who was not helping me. Beth Hightower stepped up and so did Clayton. I had good communication with the folks at Sanders Law / NM Legal. They helped with every step of the workers compensation process. Thank you again for your dedication to my case ans my family.
