After two years my experience was that my human rights were never defended in any way by any of the three different employees labeled as defenders. I was shuffled through, ignored, disregarded, belittled, and expected to sign a plea that the "defender" had already signed then attached to a forwarded email sent to me with five words "please sign, thank you" without my options ever being explained to me. It's unfortunate that these employees may not have the time or be paid well enough to care about clients rights and future and, since I have a life purpose and human rights I am grateful for and would like to keep I arranged to retain a private attorney and look forward to proper presentation.
