As I read all these reviews, I'm sure they're just successful cases. I'm glad. I wish I could say I've had the same experience. Unfortunately, this is my second accident. First time being with Farah Law And I could honestly say it's not something I would recommend my friends and family because of my case worker "memory" she's been nothing but rude, sarcastic, passive aggressive and has probably called a few times in a year but I am always requesting the updates or callbacks. Since day one she's had no sympathy. In the beginning of my accident, I had a miscarriage and my miscarriage wasn't able to tell if it was due to the accident, but NO memory has been nothing but rude when I call! I guess it is always a bother getting an update. I never get callbacks and mind you, I call maybe like every two-weeks. My experience has been nothing but stress and unfortunately memory is the only one in Las Cruces as she stated. Fair law firm was the first legal assistance to contact me, but no, there are options. I know for a fact the El Paso location Farah law is better just by speaking to them. There is some good customer service out there.
