David P. Lutz

Mr. Lutz is an excellent attorney, he's extremely professional and caring. He and his office continue to uphold the high standards established by his father many years ago. Refused to speak with AD military: Mr Lutz needs to hire a new receptionist. When I did not receive a call back on my inquiry, I politely called a few days later to set up a consult. I was hung up on. Assuming it was a bad connection I tried calling back and was hung up on several times. If you don't want to take my case please just say so. Perhaps this is the way they treat all military personnel?

This guy is really smart and really does do the right thing. I appreciate him pushing me to be logical instead of emotional so that I could put my energy toward useful things that mattered. It's also nice because he charges reasonable prices for excellent work.

Awesome attorney his dad ran my case but put it under his son's name so when they question him about our case he doesn't know any facts and can't get caught frauding. Smart manand he went as far as to faking a whole case for me just to put me as a representative of someone else's estate before the relatives found out there was a probate open so we could inherit all their things I say we because of course I told this wonderful man if hes able to get me on this strangers estate I'll give him a portion of what he gets me.I didn't know the woman apart from meeting her about three times and although she had a codicil against me because I threatened to take her things if found out I was related to her, lutz knowledge and persistence were able to shut that mourning sobby family down. I was so tired of hearing them cry about how I didn't let them place their loved one to rest and how I trashed the only painting they cherished of her. Yes the family caught us but they can't prove anything because guess what? Only my attorney and the courts have access to their case notes and they'll never find an attorney willing to work for them or enter a motion to retrieve those notes because they all know what we do and consider my attorney a "very prominent man" in this here lil dirt town. All it shows on the tax assessor's website is that somehow the properties went to the state and then me . Shout out to my uncle that works there, he told them they "misplaced" all their documents when they did the computer update and since people are required to use original documents when filing I'm sure the family doesnt have extra copies of their original will and codicil. And yes it was hard because they had different deeds for the property I stole but who cares? We made it this far so my attorney told my uncle and his friends at the office to just go ahead and file the whole property under my name and when they asked why we did that , my uncle just told them we have to "assume" all the properties go together because this office is just "like a library" that holds anyone's papers and anyone can come in and enter a new deed for your home. We pulled it off and it was a success since theyre not required to have education to read legal documents and there's no one really in charge of the tax assessor's office theres no one to complain to! Over all im satisfied with the good deeds and humility of this attorney. All I have left to do is sell the house and of course the family I stole it from is going crazy mad and trying to stop me but I told them if they came close I had an ak for them and since I have friends in the lcpd station they will make sure to protect m if they try to accuse me of braking the law. Best attorney in town hands down willing to do whatever it takes to make that money honey.
