Phone contact was not helpful and was told the firm is not taking any new cases. I was disappointed to hear ,no other attorneys handle disability claims. I was previously told by the person answering the phone to call back when I got denial letter. I got letter , and now it's ,we're not taking new cases. Sucks !
no stars actually. pretty bad customer service. You'd think a "free consultation" is to determine if there is a "case". The person answering cut me off stating they don't handle what I thought my concern falls under and I hadn't even begun to share. A waste of time.
