I had Raul as an attorney he picked my case up as a pobonal case and even then he did his job and wasn't slacking on my case! So I can only imagine how much more time and effort he gives when it is a regular case ! I got a good outcome for my case considering I had multiple of the same charges back to back for a 3 year period at that time. Misdemeanor and then felony which is the cases he worked on. So I'd definitely suggest him if you're looking for an attorney! Now... If you aren't going to court and aren't putting effort into your own case then he won't put as much time into your case either. Will still do his job tho ! I plan on using him if I ever need to hire an attorney! I appreciate his time spent !

If you have Raul A. Lopez as a public defender you might as well represent yourself. He did absolutely nothing for my son. Not once did he visit or video conference with him. My son just gave up & just took a plea deal after almost 3 years detained at MDC. He was a 21 years old going in...now he'll be almost 30 by the time he comes home from the Penitentiary of NM. You should be ashamed of yourself && have the integrity to represent all your clients the same!!!
