Here at the Jersey Shore I own rental properties and run a summer business. With both of those ventures comes many headaches and legal problems. I searched for many lawyers in the area and had decided to go with Drew Cafiero at Cafiero & Kaufmann. BEST DECISION EVER! As soon as you walk in the door you no your good hands. The staff is VERY welcoming and friendly and as far as all my problems/cases, they get handled in a professional manner and I couldn't be happier. Its a great feeling to no that such a great firm and staff is there for you when problems come!

I practiced law in New York for 25 years prior to changing careers and moving to the shore. My wife and I retained Cafiero and Kaufman twice; once for our real estate closing and once for a civil litigation. In both cases the matters were handled professionally. The integrity of the office is above reproach and the quality of representation is as strong as any law firm I worked with or against during my career.

My wife and I have used this law firm a few different times. They prepared a Will for us, as well as providing some excellent advice for business and a problem we had with a school concerning our child. Our Will was not a standard one, as we had a few very specific details we wanted included. Mr. Cafiero spent the time with us to ease our minds, made sure all of our requests were worded accurately and explained everything in detail in a way we could understand. I wasn't sure what the cost of this type of one on one service would be, as you always hear negative things about lawyers and their fees. I can honestly tell you that the cost was very fair for all of the services we received and feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone who asks. Going to a lawyer is never an easy thing ( at least for us) But the genuine concern and professionalism you receive the minute you walk in the door will ease your mind.

My family and I were vacationing in the WILDWOODS last summer and unfortunately, we found ourselves in urgent need of legal advice and representation. We contacted Cafiero & Kaufmann Law Firm and were attended to within an hour. The lawyers and staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional, by the time we left the law office we were able to get back to enjoying the remainder of a wonderful vacation.
