JAG Physical Therapy

There aren't enough good things to say about JAG West Milford. I had hip surgery, and before that, I hadn't been able to run for nearly two years due to an accident. Both pre- and post-op, the aides and PTs took their time working with me and getting me back to a physical place I honestly didn't think I'd reach again. The front desk staff always accommodated my schedule and were incredibly kind. Alexis and all the ladies were wonderful! Every aide I worked with was phenomenal. Sarah, Nick, Chris, and Collin were knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire journey. My PT Kim and PTA Zach are truly the best. They pushed me, cared for me, educated me, and did everything they could to make sure I succeeded--even on the days I didn't want to. I wouldn't be where I am physically today without their hard work and dedication. During my time there, I watched these outstanding individuals take the time to truly get to know each of their patients and invest so much in every person who walked through the door. It's a beautiful thing to see people who love what they do and genuinely care about others. I would give JAG West Milford a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

This is am amazing place. Everyone is focused and dedicated to each patient. I love going there because they're extremely nice and listen if you have any issues. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Thank you for your email. I spoke to my primary care doctor, and since I have completed the same exercises and stretches for the past several (four) sessions without supervision, he agreed that I do not have to continue with JAG and can carry on at home. Many thanks to Physical Therapists' names, but I must share that I do not see why I should pay for doing what I do at JAG when I can complete the exact same thing at home. After a major arm injury, I am forever grateful to the JAG PT team and all their help. I became familiar with Sabrina, Kim and Zach, all gave me exercises that my arm needed to get back to moving. When the therapists were busy with another, the aids were quick to step in and move me on to the next routine. I felt seen and cared for at JAG. Even the front desk receptionists always welcomed me by first name and a smile every day!

So far I am very pleased with my choice to come here to JAG after breaking my ankle. Kim and everyone else has been amazing. Highly recommend.
