I, like Daniel, can't even get a hold of Joe Sarafini, I'm left in the dark. The most unprofessional Lawyer I have ever used. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this.... law firm?!!!!! I gave them a star because you can't give them zero stars!!!! Workmans Comp stopped paying me in December of 2024, I reached out to Sarina, who works for Joe Sarafini and I was told that they were going to take care of it. Well, we are in September of 2025, and it wasn't taken care of. I spoke to Joe Sarafini, in June (First reply I received from him) and I was told that NJM was going to send me a check for a few thousand dollars. When I called again (Because they don't tell you anything) I was told by Sarina, that I would suddenly receive the monies at the end of the case! My shoulders, and left knee were injured at work. I had my knee replacement done, but my shoulders weren't even addressed! If you, like myself want to be aware of what's going on in YOUR case, find another firm. There is so much to say, but I'll say this one more thing, I'm a single father, and these people don't care about you, or your family.
