I contacted this law firm after finding them through my legal insurance, looking for basic guidance on how to proceed with a potential discrimination issue. I explained the situation to someone who was not a lawyer, only to be told that I would be contacted only if my case was considered important. That was it. I was not allowed to speak to an attorney and no one ever followed up. I was not asking them to take on a lawsuit, just hoping for a brief consultation. The message was clear: my experience did not matter enough for even a courtesy response. For a firm that claims to stand up for victims of discrimination, this kind of treatment is inexcusable. Being ignored when reaching out in good faith for help is not just unprofessional, it is dehumanizing. If you are looking for a firm that treats people with respect, this is not it.

If you are innocent and a man accused of a violent Domestic Violence crime, do Not use this law firm or their lawyers. They convinced my son to plead guilty to a crime he didn't commit--and now he's a felon. We had clear evidence that his accuser was mentally unstable. We even filed a harassment order. But without consulting us, the law firm made a deal behind our backs and dropped the order. The New Jersey prosecutor does Not care if you're innocent. She saw the evidence but chose to believe the woman--even though her story shifted multiple times and her behavior raised serious concerns about her credibility. She refused to listen to the truth and railroaded my son into a conviction for a crime he didn't commit. And our lawyer never stood up to the prosecutor. Our lawyer didn't fight back. He convinced my son to plead guilty and didn't even negotiate the sentence. Now, my innocent son is a convicted felon with a third-degree aggravated assault charge--all because he got mixed up with a lying, spiteful, mentally unstable, dangerous Jersey woman. The NJ prosecutor didn't see a person--and neither did the judge. Judge Barkowski actually said in court: "I believe you [my son] will do this again." There is no justice in Somerset County, NJ. I'm from Somerset. My sisters live in Jersey and are raising their families there. One of them witnessed my son's ex's outbursts firsthand--screaming and another time hitting him. What's been done to my son is an atrocity. He's a California surfer kid who came to Jersey to live with my sister and try going back to school. He met his ex there, and now his life is obliterated. His dream of joining the Coast Guard is over- he can't serve now. He can't serve because his lawyer convinced him to take a plea, and now he has a felony on his record. It's a violent crime, and you cannot join the Coast Guard with a criminal record. A young American man's life was disregarded and thrown away. The prosecutor and judge believed the lies of a spiteful woman, and his lawyer did nothing to stop it. They've all moved on with their lives--shrugging, saying "too bad," and preparing to celebrate July 4th--while my son's future is destroyed. He can't serve his country or protect our waters because a NJ woman lied, and the women in the Somerset County court system believed her. His lawyer failed to defend him. There is no justice in New Jersey. The prosecutor and judge don't care if you are innocent. If you're in a similar situation, find a lawyer who is a rebel--one who will break free from the groupthink and kool-aid these courtrooms are drowning in. Ask your lawyer if they're a fighter. We can't afford to appeal bc it costs money we don't have. Our lawyer gave us bad legal counsel and now my son's future is ruined. Spend your money wisely the first time. Find a lawyer who's a fighter--because you're going to need one. The prosecutor and judge have no regard for the life of an innocent American man, and my 21-year-old son is living proof. They do not care. He was thrown to the wolves, his future destroyed, and there's no way he can join the Coast Guard now. It's awful. I wish I had listened to my gut, fired this law firm, and gotten a public defender.

I am extremely happy I chose this law firm for my situation. The flat rate made me comfortable and the lawyers as well as the support staff are truly remarkable to work with. I personally needed flexibility in my payment, and they offered me a 3 month payment plan which I was truly thankful for. Truly an amazing firm! Do not look anywhere else, just call and talk to them. They will instantly understand your situation and guide you.

Let me start by saying great lawyers on top of that awesome people who treat you with respect . In my case it was a DUI . They helped me in every way possible . They helped me beat my case . I can't describe the gratitude I feel for what they did . I would really recommend anyone . Who needs a good group of lawyers to go to them . I want to give a shoutout to john and James . They were again amazing . So give them a try if needed . You won't regret it

Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be left in the dark about everything regarding your case. The lack of adequate communication here is disgusting. They consistently make promises that they do not deliver on. Susan was an amazing receptionist, but that's the most she could do. When she hands anything off to the actual Lawyers, you will barely hear back from them.
