Do Not use this office. After they stopped returning my calls or answering my emails, I learned they sent my paperwork to the Plantiff. That's not the bad part. They actually made discriminating remarks about me, in the paperwork. Believe it! This office sent my paperwork to the Plantiff. LET THAT SINK IN! Malpractice!!!!!

Terrible experience. I engaged their services to file a counterclaim. During mediation, lawyer who spoke with me for 30 minutes the day before court, failed to gather any documents that would support my counterclaim. I had not paid the Plaintiff in full. The attorney actually wrote on a letter I WAS BOT TRUTHFUL. This blanket statement could have been damaging. She should have stated "not truthful, because I agreed to pay, and did not pay in full. After consulting with another attorney, I was informed that lawyer should have presented my counterclaim. I would have been victorious. My former attorney informed me that the counterclaim was of a criminal nature, and she could not argue it in civil court. THEN WHY PUT IT IN A LEGAL DOCUMENT AS A COUNTERCLAIM. The Plaintiff remarked on the most severe crime committed against me. Fortunately, the detectives from Linden and the prosecutor are capable of reading and comprehending the situation thoroughly. Over 50 text messages from the Plantiff admitting guilt. Messages of apologies start on June 6 2024 and end sometime in November. After I get justice from the creep. I'm going after this firm fpr malpractice.

The new owners of my building retained the services of Geoffery T. Motts office to eject me from an illegal apartment. (26 Harrison Ave Waldwick)(built w/o a permit) Ravit Hiers, Esq. of Mr. Motts office represented Mina and Chris Ghobrial, Mike Wen the new owners. Ms. Hiers was always late arriving for the hearings angering the judge. During the hearings if the judge made a favorable statement or ruling for the plaintiffs Ms. Hiers would smile at me and my attorney. Very unprofessional. The judge ordered me to be locked out of the apartment leaving a 68 yr old man homeless. The lockout date was 10/9/25. I received a letter from Mr. Motts office advising me I had to leave on the 9th but my property didn't have to be removed until 11/11/25. The sheriff read the letter advised me this did not apply to a lock out. Due to the incorrect information contained in this letter I lost all my property that was inside. New owners tossed it.

Mr. Mott and his team are beyond professional. They have helped me twice and both times have won the case. Ms. Rozenbaum is highly professional and knows the laws to protect the clients rights. This office is a law firm I would use again.
