Kathleen is a wonderful attorney. When I had the pleasure of meeting her it was a time in my life and in my ss case that I needed a person just like her. She is meticulous when it comes to her clients she is honest and down to earth. She tells you what you NEED to hear and that's difficult because a lot of people tell you what you WANT to hear. She makes you feel like you are the only case she is working on you have 100% of her attention at anytime time ! Her staff is wonderful and professional and courteous. If they take a message and tell you some will get back to you they live right up to that. I delt a lot with a woman named Chelsea she was very sweet very calming and would answer any question she could and if she did not have an answer for you she would always get back to you in a very timely fashion. The rest of the staff is also wonderful. So many beautiful, wonderful, kind and caring individuals working to help you is a true hidden gem I wish everyone knew of this attorney and her awesome staff ... can't say enough good things about everyone there

I just wanna say - I am a very nice person so for me to be this livid says a lot. Let's start with the red flags... they never get back to you if you leave a message and the lawyer never calls - it's always the secretary. I never once spoke to the lawyer. So those are two big flags - keep in mind when getting a lawyer. Secondly, my letter that she requested from my doctor wasn't "strong enough" for her to represent me... meanwhile I'm struggling with my health both physical and mental, I literally have a very bad quality of life & can barely function on a day to day basis... so I feel like before saying "oh I can't represent you" she should have reached out to my therapist & doctors for more detailed information. She had their contact information because it was in the letter. Disappointed wasn't even the word that comes close to describing how I feel but I need to keep this appropriate for Google. It seems like if you're a young person with issues, no one takes you seriously. Cool. I completely wasted my time.
