Response to a letter, received for examination under oath. The final analysts is that I'm close to finding who stole my ID, from my home. This case is a case of identity theft. Someone has been successful with bringing a lawsuit against NJ Treason for an accident evolving a Coach bus! The irony of it all is that I was injured on a NJ Transit bus in 2021; on July 13th two days after my birthday. I had just turned 70 on my way to a doctors appointment. The driver neglected to wait until I was seated, pulled off but then suddenly stopped. The bus launched forward: propelling me onto the floor. My body slid up the aisle where my head slammed into the base up under the windshield, across from the driver. I became alert because someone was pulling at me. I remember slapping their hand away because it was hurting me. An EMT supervisor just happened to be at the Firehouse, where this Firefighter obviously came from. He stated for no one to touch her let the ambulance come and take her to the hospital. Its where it determined that my brain was hemorrhaging. I was admitted, stay 4 days. A law firm GGL; took my case but informed me that NJ Transit had double immunity protection. Whereby could not be sued. I wrote a letter to President Biden, & also to Governor Murphy. Nothing at all from Governor Murphy's Office. I received no Physical Therapy, because I could not produce documentation that stated my bills would be paid by the entity which caused my accident. I told Rutgers University Hospital that I had insurance I was denied treatment. Because I was a victim of an accident and they could not use my personal insurance! I have been black balled no one will touch my case. I finally received a copy of the Tort filed by Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq. Only after I told them how foolish they all shall be, once its revealed that NJ Transit is being sued, by someone using idental theft, which is actually my ID stolen from my home. They took my birth certificate, my marriage certificate & the license, the deed to my Great Grandmothers property. In VA. The exact property where Jerry Falwell's Church & University is located on. This has all been emotionally draining. Its 2023 I still have no balance, I still fall easily, I still have episodes of vertigo Yet no physical therapy to help restore the quality of life I enjoyed before this accident.
