Robert Blanda: This attorney represented the buyer in a property but failed to do his job in collecting earnest cash or returning calls from my realtor. The buyer misrepresented his cash position and I turned down another offer that was slightly higher in order to go the cash route. When it was time to close, the buyer didn't have the money. Now I dont have a buyer and I'm stuck paying the mortgage on a property I no longer live in with no recourse. He has literally cost me thousands of dollars and I didn't even hire him. He should be ashamed of himself.
