I woke up to a zero balance in my bank account last week. I am on disability from a recent surgery and that was the only money that I had since I am out of work until I recover.. I understand this was an old debt that needs to be paid but the way they went about it was absolutely disgraceful. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They treated me like a criminal and then they make it extremely difficult to settle the debt. They spend the day everyday for at least a week breaking you down until you reach a point of a nervous breakdown, which is where I'm pretty sure I went. And it's definitely their tactic. They intimidate you treat you like a criminal and break you down I had to start ketamine treatments this week with a therapist because their approach to settling. This debt was so brutal it pushed me completely over the edge I've dealt with other debit card and collection companies before and they are willing to work with you. This company dors not all they do is tack on extra money. I literally pay $2,500 to them last year and it is gone with more fees tacked on and now the debt is even higher The fact that I had to go for mental health therapy because they pushed me so far should say all I need to say Their response to all of these reviews is that we are not clients of theirs?? but I am very much a client of them and they have very much cleaned out my bank account and they are very much getting money from me on a monthly basis I understand again, this is an old debt and debt must be paid and I understand that this is their job but I can see how someone would literally loose their mind from their brutal approach when you were left with a 0 balance in your account and you have no idea it's going to happen and you're out of work and on disability it's quite the shock. And there's their delivery. That's the part that really pushes you. If you owe them money, if you're in a payment plan with them. If you have been contacted by this company, please take it very seriously and make your payments because they will come after you in such a brutal way. You may never recover
