If there is a 0 star I would give this firm 0. If you have a case with them and need to send money order to them make sure you check their address with them very time you need to send it. Customer service is rude every time I call they have attitude and put me on hold forever. They moved their office address since January of this year never bother to update me with the new one for me to send my payments there. My money order that I sent to them recently is lost due to the fact that it was sent to the old address in sea girt and they don't care. In response to the owner answer. that's correct but you can not negate the fact that you moved your office address and did not let me kno in order to send payment to the new address. Now my money order is lost due to your negligence. I have all the proof which I emailed to you and your staff. Again if there is 0 I would give 0 for your lack of customer service and professionalism. Maybe you should start working on better customer service and your professionalism.

The lawyers are very rude when speaking to them. (Well, the 2 I've spoken with) The secretaries & assistants are kind and helpful. Can't say I wouldn't recommend as a plaintiff, but if you are a defendant watch out.
