I've been dealing with this company for a year now. It was finally brought to my attention that I was having too much money taken out of my account monthly for my debts. In a year I don't see much that they have done. I'd best off had stayed paying off my bills without the debt relief. This firm is making a huge amount of money off of people who are in financial distress. The amount of money that they charge to settle an account I definitely should have not went in this direction. I suggest you do more investigating before you sign up with this company. They charge too much for negotiating. They said they'd be reaching out to me three weeks ago and still I haven't heard from them. My suggestion is to stay away for this company

I have called like 15 debt relief companies and none was as out standing with such awesome A+ #1 customer service as Dair Carr she was so knowledgeable and explained everthing Like no other and the most caring , compassion and understanding to my situation. To me she rose above the rest and was the best so of course I signed on with her for her help and services for me and I knew after our entire conversations and all the questions that she answered for me that this was the right person and the right company to go with and I did. I so look forward to getting all of my things on my credit report to get cleared up and off of it due to a bad ex husband that made this mess and caused all of this him and his new witch. But I will rise up and get this all fixed and he and her will answer to what they have done to me and fined my credit but I will to rise above it all and win in the end with the help and Assistance, I'm such an awesome company and specialist Which was Dira Carr she was the best!!! You are very lucky to have such a wonderful. Awesome and outstanding person to be working for your company to help others to get their life straightened out. I thank God sending her to me and help me to repair everything and get my life back on track. I just cannot thank her enough and so look forward to working with this company and Dira she was the best ever and our personalities just click together and worked, and I failed in my heart that this is the right person to work with and the Right company to go with so I did. I look forward to see the light at the end of the tunnel with the help of her and your company. Thank you. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They dont help you. They take your money and place it int an account. I had canceled my contract prior to any money being taken, they assured me that the payment would not process and yet it did. They now tell me it will take 3-5 business to process to them, then another 3-5 to process it back .Anyone who has used Venmo or Zelle know money transfers same day these days. THEY ARE A SCAM and are preying on people who need debt help. Yet they just want to let you destroy your credit and build a fund so debts can eventually get paid. You can do all this on your own, you dont need this shady company to take your money and do nothing. I've now been hung up on when they told me they were researching my request for my payment to be reimberssed and no call back. STAY AWAY!!! THEY SUCK!

Dwight Case made me feel confident in my decision to move forward with this company. I am a single mother with a newborn and originally was going to reschedule our call for later in the week as I have a lot on my plate. I am so grateful that I stayed and talked out my situation with Dwight. He was honest and realistic but still kind and treated me with respect. I felt like I was in good hands with him as he explained things thoroughly and addressed my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. The company is lucky to have him and I feel blessed that he was able to guide me to a debt relief option that works best for me and my family. I would give him 10 stars if I could. So far, I have an account with this company. My experience is not what you could call satisfactory. First, they sign a contract knowing the amount of accounts and the balances of each one of them. But the keep calling requesting me to put extra money to get to the goal sooner, then add months that were not in the contract, invent extra fees for things that didnt happened, they adknowledge the mistake but keep the error and persist on asking for extra payments. They signed a contract for 58 months and added 8 more months just like that and now they say there are too many accounts as if they did not know that fact from the begining. This does not sound right. The fees are something weir as well. I hope they are paying the accounts. They turn rude sometime. I sincerily dont recomend this company. There must be something better out there.
