I had an initial consultation with Erica Shnayder and found her to be extremely knowledgeable about employment law issues. She advised me to email her my case documents, promising to contact me after reviewing them to let me know if she was interested in representing me. I emailed the documents, but after a week and a half without a response, I sent a follow-up email. She replied, stating that she would review my case the following week. I waited patiently, but still received no response. After another four weeks, I sent a second follow-up email, yet again received no reply. It has now been about ten weeks since I sent my documents, and I have yet to hear back from her. This is disappointing, as she seemed extremely competent, and I had high expectations based on her reviews. Thank you.
